"Whistleblowing" refers to the act of reporting any suspected or observed unethical or illegal behavior within the organization. This could include, but not limited to:

• Financial or administrative malpractices.
• Violations of laws, rules, and regulations.
• Irregularities in financial statements or internal controls.
• Any attempts to hide such violations.

Whistleblower Attributes:

Whistleblowing isn't limited to those within our organization. Anyone who has a relationship with Amlak International can raise a concern. This includes:

• Customers of Amlak
• Employees of Amlak
• Shareholders
• Suppliers
